Hi,

I've gone from firmware version 12 to 20, and now I can't restore my contacts/calendar/sms to my phone using PC Suite's Content Copier (normal files like videos in the phone memory restore fine).

I am hoping (very much!) if it's possible to go back to a previous version, since that would likely let me restore the settings (the updated firmware didn't address any of the issues I've been having, so it's not a big deal to go back).

The Nokia Software Updater seems to have no option for that...

Do you have the latest version of PC suite.Open PC suite and check "About" it will show the version number.
