If you ever want to take a screen shot of your phones screen and own a nokia S60v2 or v3 phone (or newer) then it's quite easy to do.
All you need to do is install a screen capture program, like screenshot and follow it's instructions.

Screen shots can be useful for posting on forums like this one to better explain your problem. To post a shot you need to host your image on another site then insert it into this forum using the correct HTML code.
Thankfully that is made easier than it sounds by using a site like www.tinypic.com to upload your images.
Follow the simple instructions on that site to upload your image and it then generates some "links to share" for you.
For posting images in this forum the correct link is the "HTML for Websites". Just copy that link and paste it into your post as the example below.

For better quality results you can go in to the settings in screenshot and select jpeg high quality, which is what I use.
